FlexToday, Inc. was founded in 2008 to combine the latest in high-tech online services with creative benefit designs and flexible service options while maintaining the strong tradition of over 20 years personalized customer service.
Our goal is to provide proactive customer service; to provide the information you need before you have to ask.
We approach this goal from many directions to better serve the needs of our clients and their participants. Among those services:
The FlexToday Blog: Subscribers to the Blog receive technical changes and service updates by email. The Blog is also is also available for easy and accessible research at any time.
Email Updates: Your employees don’t have to wonder if we’ve received their claims because we confirm claims, account status and benefit payments by email, usually the same day.
Online Access and Secure Portals: Our clients have access to their accounts online on our secure online services and we provide secure, encrypted portals for customized reports and materials.
Kathleen Hopper, President of FlexToday, has over 20 years of experience in employee benefit administration, including group health plans, insurance brokerage, COBRA administration, retirement plan administration and, naturally, Flex plan administration as well as technical and management experience.
Kathleen joined CKS Employee Benefit Systems, Inc. in 1990 as the Flex Department Manager and, after BenefitStreet, Inc. acquired CKS in 2003, Kathleen was named Senior Director of Benefit Programs.
Gina (Park) Neal, Administration Manager, manages the daily operations and plan administration for FlexToday, Inc. Gina began with CKS Employee Benefit Systems, Inc. and BenefitStreet in 2006 and brought with her a degree in accounting and extensive experience in Flex Plan administration and debit card management.
Prior to joining BenefitStreet, Gina Neal (then known as Gina Park) held the position of Senior Benefits Administrator with Total Benefit Services in Fresno, California for 10 years.
