As you prepare for open enrollment, it is important to remember why you offer the
Flex Plan in the first place: To Save Money!

For every $100 that your employees contribute to the Flex Plan, your employees
will save $20 to $40 and your company will save $7 to $10, possibly more.

Enrollment Options
We want the process to be as flexible and user-friendly as possible for both you and your employees. Therefore, we offer you options:
  • Electronic (you send us a data file with census and enrollment information by e-mail - see below.)
  • Employee Online (you can have your employees enroll online on their own accounts.)
  • Employer Online (you can enter the enrollments online on www.eflexonline.com.)
  • Manual (hardcopy enrollments which you send to FlexToday and we do the data-entry.)
Please send us an e-mail advising which method you prefer. If you choose to have your employees enroll online, it is important that 1) you update your census online to allow all employees to enroll online and 2) that you note that the Employer Online enrollment option would not be available until the Employee online enrollment period has ended. If you choose the manual option, a small fee will apply.

If you would like to send your census, enrollment and/or on-going contribution data electronically, the file specifications are Short-form or Full Version

Enrollment Forms
If you choose manual (hard copy) enrollment forms, below you will find forms designed in Adobe Acrobat “Fill-in-and-Save” format to allow you to customize the enrollment forms to fit your needs. The forms are designed around the options you’ve chosen, including Debit Cards and the Express Pay option).
